project news: Construction is underway at 320 Park Avenue for the offices of Mizuho Securities, USA. The project includes continuing master planning for several floors, totaling 60,000 RSF and undertaking an office alteration for the financial services firm.

project news: Kahn Architecture is awarded the Richemont, NA Corporate Headquarters restacking project consisting of over 100,000+ RSF including all of their luxury brands, ie. Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chloe, Piaget etc. located at 645 Fifth Avenue as well as the Cartier Jewelry workshop and watch repair spaces located at 10 East 52nd Street.
