Heidi Kahn recognized by New York Business Journal’s Women of Influence

“My philosophy as a mentor is to create a dialog between myself and the team that allows each individual to express their thoughts, opinions, ideas in a supportive environment.”

- Heidi Kahn

The New York Business Journal named 78 honorees for its inaugural Women of Influence Awards. The program honors women business leaders in the New York City area who innovate, succeed and "pay it forward."

Who has been the biggest influence on your career, and why? The biggest influence in my career is my partner/ husband, Michael. As a result of opening our firm, we have been able to hire and mentor young professionals and work together to build a collaborative workplace, quality services and a true family environment.

What is the biggest challenge or opportunity facing your company in 2015? One opportunity we look forward to is expanding our New York City public sector work in addition to our growing corporate/retail portfolio. The challenge will be continuing to find the right professionals to service an ever growing client base and their referral business. We look forward to the challenge!

Charities or other causes that are most important to you: As a firm we support numerous charities including Starlight Foundation, KACF ( Korean American Community Foundation), Tourette Syndrome Foundation, Concern Worldwide and Shining Service Worldwide.
