Kahn Architecture executed upgrades to this building with a change of the Certificate of Occupancy from manufacturing to retail. The work included the development of a coffee and chocolate tier environment, utilizing standard branding elements. Kahn Architecture developed a new café and wine bar design concept. Designed and documented new lighting, wall and floor finishes, bar and millwork. Coordinated kitchen equipment and prep area.
