Kahn Architecture completed this retail alteration for IKEA. Our scope included a feasibility study of implementing IKEA’s first-of-its-kind concept Planning Studio in the heart of Midtown. Utilizing IKEA’s current brand standards, we altered an existing three-story retail space which included refinishing existing stairs, removal & replacement of existing signage and floors.
