KAHN architecture was commissioned to design the New York office for Sapporo, the oldest beer brand in Japan. The 3,000 square feet of office space consists of a reception area, private offices, a conference room, kitchen pantry and a separate work area of semi-private workstations situated in an open setting. Brand defining design details created by the team include custom sliding glass doors encasing wheat fronds, a mustard-hued meeting room, custom designed shelving for the display of lagers and vintage varieties, as well as company signage.
