Kahn Architecture was hired as AOR for a luxurious watchmaker brand’s flagship store located in New York City. Kahn Architecture coordinated the design with existing conditions and developed the detailed construction documents. The retail area spans across 2 floors connected by a spiral staircase and a back-of-house cellar floor. The space includes a two-story front retail customer experience leading to additional sales floor in this landmark building.
